Commissioning and collaboration training

Clinks and NAVCA have collaborated to provide a training course designed to examine the changes taking place in the criminal justice sector around commissioning and strategic decision making.

It is designed to help organisations to identify and respond to the challenges and opportunities these bring. The training then moves onto looking at collaboration; the purpose of it and how it can help your engagement in the new commissioning environment. It will also examine consortia development as a response to delivering public sector contracts.

The training is aimed at VCSE service delivery organisations as well as local support and development organisations. It will also be held on the 26th September in Taunton.

More information and a booking form are available from the Clinks website.
