Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
Adfam endeavours to ensure that product ranges and stock levels are up-to-date. Refunds are not available except for merchandise received in unsatisfactory condition, in which case they must be returned to Adfam with a request either for refund or replacement. Payments made for items in excess of current stock levels will be refunded or held until further stock has been secured, in liaison with the customer.
